CIU Project Manager

  • Atnahs is a fast-growing and entrepreneurial pharma business
  • It has grown from £10m sales to £120m+ over the past 6 years
  • It trades a portfolio of 20+ branded medicines across 140+ markets globally
  • It has its headquarters in Basildon, and offices in Copenhagen and Vadodara
  • Triton, a European PE house with €5bn in its latest fund, recently acquired a majority stake in the business with a view to accelerating its growth

Atnahs’ strategy involves acquisitive growth and this involves a significant pipeline of both M&A and Product Development (PD) deals. The CIU Project Manager will be responsible for the effective project management of on-going internal and external projects within Atnahs, with a focus on covering the full remit of M&A and PD transactions and will report directly into the Head of the Commercial Intelligence Unit (CIU). In particular, the role’s focus will be end to end management of M&A and PD deals, from project initialisation to the deal execution stage. The CIU Project Manager will also be responsible for coordination of the deal team, collaborating with a variety of departments both internally and externally in order to ensure timely provision of DD reports and the production of our Product/(company) Acquisition Evaluation Framework (PAEF). The CIU Project Manager will require the ability to build relationships with both new and existing partners, ensuring a smooth DD and Q&A process during buy-side M&A product and company transactions.
