JOB BACKGROUND:

The role of the PMM will follow the traditional marketing function in healthcare and pharma.

The role will be that of a Product Champion for several products both existing and acquired, within the Marketing Team, supporting the GMM and supported by PME as appropriate.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

They will be the “Product(s) Champion” for the product(s) allocated across all territories, which will include the following tasks:

  • Promotional Strategy – Working in conjunction with the International Sales team, local partners and distributors
    • Strategic planning
    • Marketing Plans
    • Market analysis
    • Messaging
    • Positioning
  • Promotional Materials
    • Development & Creation
    • Liaison with Comms agencies
    • Channels and Media – including Digital
  • Training
    • Training materials and presentations as required
    • Liaising with medical writers to produce materials
    • Assisting with local product training with partners
  • Products
    • To be the product champion
    • Liaise and coordinate with the following teams to ensure good communication and understanding:
      • Projects – for acquisition projects and established products
      • International, Regional Business and General Managers
      • Commercial Analysis and Tenders
      • Supply Chain
      • Regulatory
      • Finance
      • Legal
    • Congress & Convention
      • Support, management, and attendance
    • Additional to assist GMM
      • Assist in acquisition projects where appropriate
      • Other projects as required
    • Travel – There may be a need for travel, UK and International, to assess plans and opportunities with partners as well as training
