Supply Chain Data Analyst



Atnahs is a fast-growing speciality pharma company who acquires mature established branded pharmaceutical products from large cap pharma companies, develop own niche generic medicines in house and market those globally.

As a key member of the Supply Chain and Operations team; acting as the Supply Chain Data Analyst, the member will be knowledgeable in handling Supply Chain data in our various systems. The colleague will support the various work streams that need to be delivered to ensure the Company is compliant with business requirements.

The colleague will also support Supply Chain, and associated Departments, in the implementation and development of new and existing projects. This will be achieved utilising ERP (Sage), Power BI, Tracelink, and other data management tools.

This is an office based role in our Basildon office. International travel may be required.

Main Purpose of Job:

  • Support of the global serialisation project of Atnahs to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintaining Detailed Project Plans of the assigned projects, which includes
  • Maintaining weekly reporting
  • Setting up and facilitating weekly project team meetings
  • Recording and following up actions and responsibilities
  • Create processes and methods to gather Supply Chain data
  • Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Identify new data availability and sourcing strategies to address data gaps, and improvement processes
  • Undertake quality assurance processes and reports to validate data using appropriate quality checking processes
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems
  • Generate reports, and track KPI’s for internal and external processes
  • Support and troubleshoot queries and issues for ERP, and other Supply Chain systems


  • Support the serialisation, and Supply Chain projects
  • Support the Supply Chain department in the management of ERP, and other systems
  • Undertake quality assurance processes and reports to validate data using appropriate quality checking processes
  • Ensure that processes for collating and reporting on data are efficient, consistent and clearly documented
  • Communicating vital market information to relevant channels
  • Deal promptly and efficiently with client requests
